Fitness Changed My Life
Believe it or not, I was petrified of the gym as a 19 year old college student.
I was lacking confidence, weighing 155lbs at 6'2". Something about stepping foot into a world where people were bigger and stronger than him terrified me.
Luckily a friend extended their hand in helping me learn the processes of fitness, key form, and a healthy diet.
I am here to be that very same friend to you.
Sometimes taking life further requires a push, mentorship, and encouragement.
You must constantly remind yourself that results won't be seen in a day, or maybe even a month.

I was 19 years old, insecure, afraid of the gym, and now I am 25 weighing 205lbs and am as
confident in MYSELF as I have ever been.
